# Provenance and notices

GridWeb is original, independent JavaScript/C# source implementing spreadsheet interaction and calculation patterns. It is not affiliated with Microsoft. Microsoft Excel, Office, WPF and WinUI names identify interoperability targets; no proprietary Microsoft runtime, product icons, artwork or font files are included.

Interoperability references include Microsoft Excel function documentation, the Office JavaScript API application-specific object model, Open XML SpreadsheetML documentation, WebView2 documentation, and Avalonia NativeWebView source/documentation.

The optional companion bundle uses Dockyard, TreeDataGridWeb, DynamicDataWeb, RibbonWeb, ReactiveWeb, RBushWeb and QuikGraphWeb under their package licenses. QuikGraphWeb includes MS-PL material and its optional engines have additional licenses. The integration build copies installed dependency license notices to its distribution. RxJS is Apache-2.0 licensed. Do not remove those notices when redistributing a bundled build.

No two-team clean-room process or full Excel conformance certification is claimed.
