Collaboration

XamlVisualEditor.Collaboration bridges XAML AST mutations to CRDT operations through the ProEdit collaboration stack.
XamlVisualEditor.Collaboration.UI provides participant, presence, and session ViewModels.
The collaboration extension contributes the user-facing panel and commands.
